Rosie Lee Tompkins’ Quilts still on display as BAMPFA plans to reopen in May

 

Rosie Lee Tompkins:  A Retrospective | BAMPFA  February 19, 2020 - July 18, 2021 

 

   

For those who have been waiting to see the marvelous Rosie Lee Tompkins’ quilts exhibit at the University of California, Berkeley Art Museum & Pacific Film Archive (BAMPFA), which first opened in February 2020, you will soon get a chance!  BAMPFA plans to reopen to the general public on May 2, 2021. The exhibit closing date has been extended from December 20, 2020 to  July 2021.

Simultaneously, there will be additional exhibits of interest with brand new visiting hours, and opportunities for either free or reduced admission.
