Having been placed in a basement, and forgotten for more than forty years,  “Richmond Industrial City” by the Russian-born Muralist Victor Michael Arnautoff (November 11, 1896 - March 22, 1979) is on view at the Richmond  Museum of History and Culture in Richmond, California.
